The Sacred Origin of Kalpavriksha
Kalpavriksha, the mystical tree known for fulfilling all desires, holds a revered place in ancient Indian mythology. According to legend, it emerged during the Samudra Manthana (Churning of the Cosmic Ocean) as one of the fourteen divine treasures. It is believed that the great sage Durvasa meditated under this sacred tree, making it a symbol of spiritual energy, abundance, and divine blessings.

Divine Revelation by His Holiness
In 2013, during the Panipat Convention, His Holiness Mahabrahmrishi Shree Kumar Swami Ji shared a profound and life-changing experience from his earlier years in Nirankari Colony, Delhi. While visiting a nursery, Gurudev Ji felt an unexplainable attraction toward a small bonsai plant. Upon chanting a mantra near it, he realized that the plant was not ordinary—it was a fragment of a divine and ancient tree under which great sages had meditated. He emphasized a deeper truth: Plants are living beings capable of communication, emotions, and spiritual connection, which can be understood through the power of mantras and meditation.
The Journey of the Divine Tree
Determined to preserve this sacred plant, Gurudev Ji acquired it despite financial limitations and nurtured it with great care.
The plant was first kept at his residence.
Later, it was moved to Arihanta, his first clinic in Nirankari Colony.
Over time, it grew into a magnificent tree.
Gurudev Ji maintained a deep spiritual bond with the tree—communicating with it, understanding its needs, and even receiving guidance related to healing and medicines.
A Battle to Protect the Sacred Tree
As the tree flourished, challenges arose: Animals disturbed it, leading Gurudev Ji to build a protective iron enclosure. The landlord of the clinic demanded the tree be cut down for new construction. This led to a prolonged legal battle, where Gurudev Ji strongly defended the spiritual importance of the tree. In a remarkable incident, when a worker attempted to cut the tree, he reportedly lost his vision temporarily and fled in fear, leaving the tree unharmed. Ultimately, Gurudev Ji paid an extraordinary amount of ₹4.5 crore—not for the property, but to preserve the existence of this divine tree.

This sacred tree is believed to possess immense divine power: Devotees who bow with faith receive blessings. Applying its soil on the forehead is said to fulfill sincere wishes. पौराणिक महत्व
कल्पवृक्ष वह दिव्य वृक्ष है जो सभी मनोकामनाओं को पूर्ण करता है। पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार, समुद्र मंथन से निकले 14 रत्नों में से एक कल्पवृक्ष भी था। मान्यता है कि ऋषि दुर्वासा ने इसी वृक्ष के नीचे तपस्या की थी। आज भी भारत में कई वृक्ष कल्पवृक्ष के अंशरूप में पूजे जाते हैं।

जब मकान मालिक ने वृक्ष को काटने का निर्णय लिया, तो: मामला कोर्ट तक पहुंचा वृक्ष की रक्षा के लिए लंबा संघर्ष हुआ एक व्यक्ति जब इसे काटने आया तो वह अचानक अंधा हो गया अंततः गुरुदेव जी ने ₹4.5 करोड़ देकर उस स्थान को सुरक्षित किया—यह राशि उस वृक्ष के अस्तित्व की कीमत थी।
