Beej Mantra
A Beej Mantra is a seed — the primordial sound in which an entire deity is contained. His Holiness acquired these ancient secrets after severe penance of several years, and gives them in a simple, practicable form to the masses of the entire world.
Each deity has its own specific Beej Mantra. One picks a Beej Mantra and repeats it in the mind as often as possible, until the conscious repetition ripens quietly into the unconscious. In that ripening, the mind learns to hold still — and around that stillness, the impossible rearranges itself.
