How Gurudev cures a person suffering from any dreadful diseases through mysterious techniques, there are many such instances and the following is one of them:- One day I received a call on his mobile from a lady. She said, “You don’t know how Gurudev has showered his blessings on me. Let me meet Gurudev once.” The personal Secretary asked her, “Who has given you my mobile number? She replied, “Gurudev himself has given me and has told me to talk to you, if I wish to meet him.” When asked, she further stated, “ I am a resident of Delhi. My name is Kusum Lata Dhavan. At present I am admitted in All India Institute of Medical Science. Until a few days ago I was suffering from cancer. I had cancer in my spinal chord but by the grace of Gurudev, it is now cured. All the doctors in the hospital are surprised at this miracle. They are unable to understand how this has happened?”  On further enquiry she said, “My cancer was in acute stage. I was admitted in the hospital. Here one day, in my room, I watched Gurudev’s programme on the television. He was discussing about a person’s disease and providing solutions to it just by glancing at the person’s photo. From that day onwards I started watching the programme daily. I started getting the feeling that only Gurudev can cure me. Everyday I used to give numerous telephone calls but in vain. I still did not give up. I continued calling him. On day he heard my prayers and gave me a mantra on the phone itself, which I chanted for only 15 days and the miracle happened. My cancer was cured. Now the doctors are extremely surprised. When I told the doctors, they did not believe it. Just a few days ago I have been discharged from the All India Institute of Medical Science. Now I want to meet Gurujee and thank him. I know it is difficult to meet him but please, try. I really want to meet him once. I pray you to arrange my meeting with him”. Gurudev ’s personal secretary heard her calmly and assured the lady.  When Gurujee was contacted and the request of that lady was conveyed to him, he replied “ Give her the message that there is no need to thank me. Not me but God has cured her. She should thank God. She should go to the satsang. I will some day meet her there.”  I gave this message to the lady. She then started coming for the satsang. There Gurudev has met her not only once but many times. Afterwards she told the personal Secretary “The rate at which I am becoming normal is surprising the doctors. Now I am fully recovered.” 

In the “Swarn Jayanti function” organized at Delhi, Mr. Ashok Chautani of Kuwait said, “I do not know from where to begin. When a small child awakes from his sleep, not finding his mother, starts crying because his existence is related with his mother. His eyes, nose become shabby due to crying. But when his mother nears him, irrespective of the dirt, she reaches him out, close to her bosom. Similarly, on waking up, I found my body and mind dirty. At that time Guruji showered his grace and gave me a place at his feet.”  He further said, “I was totally transformed due to Gurudev’s grace. Today I have started liking the society which previously I considered having only loopholes. The desire to attain liberation has faded. Now I pray to Gurudev that let me be again and again born as a human being. Let me get Gurudev’s devotion and let it further progress. I am an Engineer by profession and at present I am a General Manager in a big company. Initially, I had the feeling that whatever I have, I will not share it with anyone. This is all earned by myself. However, when I neared Gurudev, I realized that this entire world and universe is one, and Gurudev is showering his grace everywhere, Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians to all. Then a thought struck my mind that when my Gurudev is so big hearted, how can I, his disciple, be so narrow-minded? Now even I have started teaching and making persons working with me understand. Now, I have a good feeling for everyone working with me. If someone makes a mistake, I give him a chance, if he again repeats it, another chance and then it occurs to me that let him make any number of mistakes, one day he will definitely learn.  This is only Guruji’s grace that I feel one with everybody. Guruji gave the mantra and said that the harder I work, the more will I gain. He gave me the keys of the treasure so that we can fill our emptiness, as much as we can. Whatever you are in short of, fill it. My treasure was empty, but now it is filled. I wish from the bottom of my heart that the manner in which I have been benefitted, let Guruji shower his grace on everybody likewise, so that they may also change their hearts like me.” 

This is the incident of the time when shooting of “Ayurvigyaan Ke Rahasaya” programme had started a few days back. In those days the shooting would start only after 12 in the night and would end at 5 in the morning. Once it so happened that after the completion of the shooting, Gurudev suddenly told me, “You take your team and go immediately. Just now a Swami Ji has come. He has gone and sitting in the next room. If in some moments, you do not go from here, then he will go back.”   In those days I could not understand Gurudev’s talk. I would think in my mind as to when did Swami Ji had come and how did Gurudev get the information of his coming.   Again, when this happened next time, I put my question to Gurudev, He said “Swami Ji suddenly comes any time, because he cannot be seen. No one gets the signal of his coming but as he comes, I come to know about it. Actually, Swami Ji’s nature is that he does not want to meet anyone or doesn’t wish to be seen, If I do not pay attention on his arrival for some time, then he goes quietly. If it is God’s grace, I will make you meet him.”   Many days had passed regarding this incident. During this time also many a times there was secret arrival of Swami Ji but Shri Varma did not speak to Gurudev.  For some work one-day I went to Gurudev’s residence and from the reception, he called up at the intercom. Gurudev in a very soft voice said, “You quietly, without making any noise, come to my room, the Swami Ji whom you wanted to meet, is sitting with me. According to his saying only I am calling you, quietly come to my room and after doing Namaskar to the Swami Ji, go back.” “When I went to Gurudev’s room, I saw that in simple robes a gentleman was sitting on the asana. He was turning the pages of a book. Gurudev was sitting next to him in a silent position.  I touched Gurudev’s and Swami Ji’s feet. Swami Ji without seeing me was reading the book quietly. Gurudev hinted me to sit down. Swami Ji was reading the book with great concentration. He did not even lift his eyes. For some time, I sat quietly. Then Guru Ji hinted me to leave. I immediately got up and again touching Gurudev’s and Swami Ji’s feet came out of the room. Even then Swami Ji did not look at me. 

In Mumbai during the organised Prabhu Kripa Samagam another scene of Gurudev’s mysterious grace came to be seen. In reference to Mumbai’s Samagam’s preparations, I had come to Mumbai. On that day a lady called up on my mobile. She said, “ I am Sarita Maa speaking, where is Swami Ji (Gurudev)? Is he in Bombay with you.? I want to meet him immediately now.”   I replied  Mata Ji, Gurudev is in Delhi. You contact him there.” On hearing this reply, Mata Ji greeted him and disconnected the phone line. I immediately contacted Gurudev and narrated everything. At that time Gurudev said, “You do not know that Ma Sarita is at great spiritual height. She is one of the very close spiritual saints of Osho. When I was with Osho I was closely associated with her. Both of us have together travelled quite a long spiritual journey.”   Gurudev reached Mumbai one day before the Prabhu Kripa Samagam. Arrangements were made to take him first to Bhagwan Sidhi Vinayak’s Temple, and then to Mahalaxmijee’s Temple. As per the plannings I went with Gurudev reached the Bhagwan Sidhi Vinayak Temple where great arrangements were made for Gurudev by the Temple Committee members. Mumbai’s sevadars and devotees were present there in large numbers. At that time a decent looking lady greeted me with great affection. When asked, she said that she is Maa Sarita. After knowing her introduction, the I touched her feet.   During the conversation Maa Sarita said, “Yesterday my husband expired.” I was shocked as inspite of that she came here to welcome Gurudev. Hesitatingly, I asked her. Maa Sarita said, “The grace which Swamiji has showered on us is very divine. That is why I could not stay without welcoming him in Mumbai. You know a few days back I had spoken to you in Mumbai and asked Swamiji’s address. After contacting you, I spoke to Swamiji in Delhi. At that time my husband was wailing in pain. He was bed ridden for many years. He was so ill that he was crying loudly in pain. Seeing his condition our whole family was very worried. When I called you up, he was suffering badly at that time. Getting your number from somewhere, I called you up.”   She further said, “On the phone Swami Ji said that there is no need to worry, God will make everything alright. I prayed to Swami Ji that my husband is so severely sick that only you can stop his suffering. Being in such a state it is better that he dies.” Maa Sarita further said “After listening Swami Ji asked her to give the phone to her husband. At that time no one knew what Swami Ji told him that he completely became quiet. His whole suffering stopped completely. From that time till the date of his death, he did not get restless at all and yesterday when he died there was so much of glow on his face, that’s inexplicable. You tell me how do I thank Swami Ji for this grace.”   Maa Sarita was present all the time at the two days Samagam. After completion of the Samagam, she even invited Gurudev to her house and she welcomed him whole heartedly. 

A few days before the Samagam was organised in Jallandhar , I was getting ready to go there on his orders. He informed Shri Gurdip Singh Ji, a sevadar, that he was coming there. Shri Singh said, “ My mother is very sick mentally. Her state is such that she keeps murmuring the whole day and without thinking says anything. At this time she is very restless. Her condition was such that she was admitted to the hospital. There too her condition kept getting worse. She had stopped eating and drinking. Please pray to Gurudev for my mother so that Gurudev may give some medicine by which her restlessness would end.”  Gurudev was in his prayer room when the prayer of Shri Gurdip Singh Ji was told to him. Gurudev said “You tell Gurdip Ji to pray, even I am doing special prayer for his mother, God will make everything alright.” I reached Jallandhar and started getting ready with the Samagam preparations. Gurdip Singh Ji said, “After a while speaking to you on the phone, my mother’s restlessness reduced.” I then gave him Gurudev’s message to pray and that there was no need for medicine. He further informed that Gurudev had done special prayer for his mother. This is why her restlessness had reduced. As I went with Gurdip Singh Ji to the hospital to see her, they came to know that she was going to be discharged the next day.   The Jallandhar Samagam was completed in a very royal way. Gurudev was staying at Shri Gurdip Singh’s place. At that time Gurdip Ji’s mother was at home. She had no restlessness. Gurudev went to meet her in her room also. In a few days, Gurdip Jee called up Delhi and told them that his mother had left her body. At bhog, he called me and Gurdip Ji said, “We are highly blessed by Gurudev. We knew that our mother had reached the old age and she was a victim of many diseases also. So she had to leave her body. We only wanted that somehow her restlessness should stop. We prayed to Gurudev also to stop her restlessness”. Gurudev replied, “If you want that she should remain alive then I will pray to God that it should be this way, but this will be against God’s law. And if you think she has lived length of her life, then I will pray to God that the best may be done.”  He further told me , “You know how her condition was bad a few days before the Jallandhar Samagam. I was wondering how I would participate in Samagam if her condition continues so? You saw how Gurudev blessed her. My mother came back from the hospital. And when she died there was no restlessness. We wished she would be peaceful when she left.”   Great salutes to such a Gurudev.
